My current “life recreation” is singing and writing songs, some autobiographical and some inspired by other people's lives.
I primarily use Logic on my computer and do most of the production and harmonies myself, sometimes being lucky enough to include talented musicians and mixers.
We all have our stories. After college I went into the entertainment industry working in TV and film production and development, and in later years working in voiceover … but I’ve also worked in jewelry design, and real estate. I’m inspired by my own spiritual experiences, personal relationships, family and friends, art and travel. Basically, I strive to have a base of honesty in the songs I write -- no matter how they come out.
I’m grateful to so many people who have helped me along my path and even those who helped me learn the hard lessons.
One of the gifts of getting older is having lived many lives.
